Kaufman Development, a premier real estate development company based in Columbus, Ohio, is dedicated to creating communities that foster well-being, creativity, and a strong sense of community. Their new flagship project Green|House is a unique residential apartment community in the Short North Neighborhood. The challenge here was to secure leases before completing the construction and get Green|House to maximum occupancy as soon as possible.
