Red Olive, founded in 1999, is a Digital Agency located in Sandy, UT. We are an incredibly talented group with one goal, to do awesome work. We’ve got an awesome setup here from class A office space to a full cafeteria to a two-story gym to massages.

We’re looking for someone who is experienced with multiple paid search and paid social platforms. Agency experience a huge plus. You’ll be working in a team to collaborate on marketing clients that need everything from basic SEO to complex full service digital marketing plans. You will be involved in strategy sessions with this team and you’ll be assigned specific tactics to fulfill. You’ll also have entire design and development departments at your disposal.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with a team to create comprehensive strategies to improve paid advertising performance
  • Manage, track, and report on CPC/CPM Ads
  • Responsible for making strategic decisions that are tied to all assigned PPC & paid social accounts
  • Responsible for the delivery of all PPC-related tasks and deliverables for assigned clients
  • Provide consultation on all aspects of PPC and paid ads
  • Responsible for the successful “integration” of paid ads as related to the overarching digital marketing strategy
  • Optimization of assigned PPC & paid social accounts
  • Recommendations for new content creation
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy ideas for landing pages
  • Measurement and performance reporting using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Research and analysis of competitor sites
  • Explain optimization tactics and reasoning to clients
  • Increase ROAS, decrease CPA, etc.
  • Provide collateral to help increase client advertising budgets
  • Assist Account Manager in meeting with clients as needed to discuss pay per click strategy and review progress
  • Report to the Director of Marketing & Account Managers on a regular basis

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in paid search and paid social advertising
  • Working experience and knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, facebook, instagram ads, shopping ads, LinkedIn Advertising, YouTube ads, Amazon ads, and remarketing strategies.
  • Google Ads Certification mandatory & Bing Ads Certification preferred
  • Experience managing PPC accounts of various industries and budget sizes
  • Ability to identify and recommend solutions to technical hurdles
  • Must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results
  • Experience with setting up goals in GA using Google Tag Manager
  • Experience transitioning PPC campaigns to a newly designed site with different url structure
