We’re looking for a Sr. Interaction Designer with a natural talent for user experience & interface design. The ability to make the complex simple and collaborate with a team of creatives to produce web and mobile awesomeness, welcome to the team.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of creative studio experience
  • A great attitude and sense of humor
  • Exceptional skills in graphic design and UI/UX
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team of designers, programmers, marketers and writers to achieve excellence
  • Proven ability to design interfaces for Web, iOS, Android
  • Experience creating designs that work responsively
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization — from individual contributors to clients
  • Solid understanding of accessibility and usability, and experience in testing applications for usability.
  • Solid communicator, great on keeping key stakeholders and others posted with appropriate levels of detail in a timely manner; speaks and writes clearly and concisely.
  • Any HTML5, CSS3, JS experience a big plus but not required
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts, Fine Arts or Communication Design, or equivalent experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Create remarkable designs for a wide variety of web and mobile apps.
  • Creatively solve problems at all levels of detail: from the big picture to individual interactions
  • Deliver and take responsibility for interfaces from concept to final delivery
  • Manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
  • Work with clients to brainstorm, understand and capture detailed user requirements
  • Work independently and collaboratively. We use paired design when appropriate
  • Design fantastic UI and collaborate with front end developers to make it a reality
  • Assist with internal brainstorming and collaborative ideation sessions
  • Constantly pushing the envelope on what is possible with design and the web / mobile.
