Red Olive is looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner who has a strong background in managing a team of designers, developers, and marketers toward a common goal. Someone who is hyper-organized and can keep a project on budget as well as on time. This is an onsite position in Sandy Utah and we are not seeking help from recruiters to fill this position at this time.

Requirements

  • Ability to hold a client to a scope of work by being direct
  • Understanding of web design and mobile app development
  • 1+ years managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing lead generation, ecommerce, and websites
  • Agency Background preferred

  • Ability to clearly explain workflows
  • Ability to solve technical problems for both clients and technicians
  • Proven record of managing client expectations
  • Proven record of detailed follow-up on delegated tasks, and received requests
  • Cross-functional team management skills
  • Proven record of delivering projects on time and budget
  • Proven record of client satisfaction
  • Proven record of management/leadership approval from peers
  • Understanding of digital marketing, website design, and website development
  • Ability to enjoy a daily ice cream social with fellow project managers
  • Strong interest in process improvement through analysis, deployment, and data collection
