  • 2yrs+ experience in paid search
  • Proven expertise in AdWords, Bing Ads, PLAs, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Amazon ads, remarketing strategies, etc.
  • Google AdWords Certification mandatory & Bing Ads Certification preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Experience managing PPC accounts of various industries and budget sizes
  • Ability to identify and recommend solutions to technical hurdles
  • Must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results
  • Experience with setting up goals in GA
  • Experience transitioning PPC campaigns to a newly designed site with different url structure
  • Attention to detail

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with a team to create comprehensive strategies to improve paid search performance
  • Manage, track, and report on CPC/CPM Ads
  • Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns
  • Responsible for making strategic decisions that are tied to all assigned PPC accounts
  • Responsible for the delivery of all PPC-related tasks and deliverables for assigned clients
  • Provide consultation on all aspects of PPC
  • Responsible for the successful “integration” of SEM and social media as related to the overarching digital marketing strategy
  • Optimization of PPC accounts
  • Recommendations for new content creation
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Measurement and performance reporting
  • Research and analysis of competitor sites
  • Explain PPC tactics and reasoning to clients
  • Increase ROAS, decrease CPA, etc.
  • Assist account manager in meeting with clients monthly to discuss pay per click strategy and review progress
  • Report to the Director of Search on a regular basis
