We’re looking for someone who understands customer behavior. That has a background in planning A/B tests and analyzing the journey buyers take through awareness, consideration, and decision. In the same vein we’re looking for someone who can leverage paid social ads to deliver bottom of the funnel results to clients.

Requirements

  • 3yrs+ experience in digital marketing
  • Proven expertise in CRO, Paid Social Campaigns
  • Experience developing buyers journeys through websites
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and digital marketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Strong understanding of major search engine algorithms
  • Ability to identify and recommend solutions to technical hurdles
  • Must be able to compare data and analyze tactics to maximize results
  • Experience working in scrum or cross functional teams a plus

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with a team to create comprehensive strategies to improve conversion, brand awareness, and lead gen
  • Manage, track, and report on Content Placement, Paid Social Ads, etc.
  • Create and manage paid social media campaigns
  • Responsible for making strategic decisions that are tied to digital marketing related deliverables
  • Responsible for the delivery of digital marketing related tasks and deliverables
  • Provide consultation on all aspects of digital marketing with our Strategists
  • Conversion rate optimization ideas and conducting A/B tests
