We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our digital agency. In this role, you will work closely with your assigned clients to identify their needs and/or challenges and recommend targeted solutions that incorporate appropriate Red Olive digital solutions. This person would be a hands-on, strategic leader responsible for seeing client projects from start to finish. Someone who possesses project management orientation is essential as well as an ability to engender trust and confidence with clients.

requirements
- 1-3+ years of digital marketing industry or Agency experience.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your digital marketing accounts.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Overseeing client account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all aspects of daily client communications
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; escalate, track and solve client issues
- Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
- Meet with clients monthly to review marketing campaign progress, solo and accompanied by a marketing strategist.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and client business needs
- Partner with Sales in pre-sales engagement work including developing proposals and campaign strategies.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and upsell.
- Working as a member of an account team to identify client needs and address them with strategic recommendations
- Draft effective wireframes for web and mobile applications that achieve client goals
- Work directly with the Creative Director to uphold design language standards
- Interpreting and analyzing results data to improve client ROI
- Delivering formal and informal presentations to clients as well as internal team members
- Limited travel to sales / client offices or events may be required.
